Returns & Exchanges

At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Italian-crafted pieces, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the protective film on the leather soles intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the products back in their original luxury packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed using the adhesive strip provided.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Hand your package to the designated courier at a local drop-off point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner's website.
